Chris » Property Manager
Chris lives in Huntersville with his wife and two young boys. When he’s not managing property or looking at real estate investments, he enjoys spending time outside on the water or camping. His favorite aspect of property management is finding innovative ways to increase the value we add to our property owners and tenants through new offerings and technology. Chris has a unique background in aerospace manufacturing, program management, and finance which aid him in bringing process rigor to how we manage properties.

With Waxhaw, NC as her home of 14 years, Bronte knows Charlotte inside and out. Seven years of delivering excellent customer service and leadership in a demanding, high-volume environment has prepared her to eagerly meet the needs of Sunnon's clients and tenants through clear communication, coordination, and a "whatever it takes" attitude. When she isn't serving her clients/tenants, Bronte enjoys soaking up the sun with her family and being creative.
Alec Barnes » Business Development Manager
Alec is a Charlotte native who lives in the Dilworth neighborhood. He has worked in real estate with a heavy focus in property management for the past six years starting while he attended college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. When he isn’t helping clients with their real estate needs, he enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, and going to watch Charlotte FC games.
Raz » Maintenance & Leasing Coordinatorr
When she is not busy assisting tenants and owners, Raz enjoys strolling on the beach, sipping coffee, and binge-watching feel-good movies to relax. Her background in project and event management and coordination makes her a perfect fit for meeting the maintenance needs of Sunnon’s properties. She finds her job most rewarding when, after working hard to solve a problem, clients/tenants are happy and satisfied.
Paulina » Customer Service Guru
Paulina serves as the primary contact for Sunnon, receiving and resolving tenant and owner inquiries quickly. When she’s not on the clock, she loves to spend time studying psychology, exploring emotional intelligence, and watching Netflix. No one is a bigger Star Wars fan than Paulina. Her years of experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist are a true reflection of how much she cares for others, both at work and outside of work. With Paulina, Sunnon clients and tenants are in great hands!
