We only charge our management fees once we get a tenant in place for you. We do have one up front cost of $199 for our smart lock. The smart lock is so that we can get potential interested tenants to be able to view the property easily. We have three different packages that we offer. We are a full service property management company but depending on the package you choose that will depend on the level of different service we provide.
